More / JOINT® – XL family of products is designed to connect piping elements of different nominal diameters from DN 350 to DN 600. The main advantage is the reduction of inventory (one dimension covers a larger area of the pipe), and a smaller loss of precious time in finding the right genuine coupling element (fast and secure). With the development of a larger tolerable zone for clutches, the sealing surface simultaneously increases without reducing the life of the sealant material.
The sealing part has a three-part design for sealing. By increasing the shape, optimal sealing of the tube is ensured. The rubber ring is designed for nominal diameter inside (to the extent) of a particular area. This means that when the clutch is mounted to the smallest allowed dimension, the tire is compressed and / when mounted on the upper dimension, it is widespread. This method ensures excellent sealing and still flexible connection. Multi / joint®-XL couplers provide an angle of connection up to 8 °, depending on the outer diameter and insertion of the tube.
